The main social impact actions of Club Tigres mainly favor the fulfillment of these four objectives that the United Nations Organization promotes worldwide in its 2030 Agenda.
Club Tigres proudly stands out for being a benchmark in social responsibility thanks to the participation of its employees, the community, and its incomparable fans.
We are the first Mexican football team to obtain the distinction as a socially responsible company from the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (CEMEFI). We have 14 consecutive years with this certification.
Since 2017 we have been part of the Charter for Compassion, Monterrey Chapter where we develop actions that contribute to raising the levels of compassion and empathy in our State. In 2018, Club Tigres was recognized as an Example of Social Transformation, as it was the only soccer team in Mexico to eradicate the homophobic cry in Tigres’ home games thanks to the support of the incomparable fans.
In 2021 we were recognized by Sportbiz Awards LATAM as winners of the Sports Properties category as the best Social Responsibility campaign in LATAM with the “United Against Covid” health program where more than 1.2 million reusable face masks were delivered to the most vulnerable sectors. of Nuevo León and in more than 13 cities in the country.
