Trajectory
He began his professional career in 2013, playing for Club Atlético San Lorenzo de Almagro, where he won the League Tournament and Copa Libertadores. In 2014, he signed with Atlético Madrid, becoming a key player in the red-and-white team’s conquest of several titles.
He has been playing for the Argentine national team since 2015. In December 2022, he was crowned World Champion.
He joined Club Tigres for the 2025 Apertura season.
