Three players from Tigres Femenil’s U19 squad to travel to Germany to train with Bayern Munich

The three players making the trip to Germany are Mariángela Medina, María Gonzalez, and Natalia Muñoz.

As part of the ongoing partnership Club Tigres have with Bayern Munich, three players from Tigres Femenil U19 team will be traveling to Germany alongside U19 Coach Ana Cristina ‘Titi’ Gonzalez to train with the senior team and Bayern’s U20 side.

The three players making the trip to Germany are goalkeeper Mariángela Medina, 17; midfielder Maria Gonzalez, 17; and Natalia Muñoz, midfielder, 16 – all three have already had experience playing in the first division with Tigres Femenil’s senior team.

The visit to Bayern Munich’s training grounds will run from October 13th to the 20th, including a chance to watch Bayern Munich Women’s match against Eintracht Frankfurt at the Allianz Arena.

This visit to one of the most influential teams in Europe will expose these young and up-and-coming women athletes to new methodologies, encourage mental and football growth, and a better professional development and allow ‘Titi’ González to learn new training techniques that can help the academy players back home. Assistant coach Adolfo Cadena will be in charge of the teams in Monterrey during Gonzalez’s visit abroad.
