Tigres has decided to join the concept and campaign chosen internationally in 2022 to commemorate International Women’s Day, and that on this occasion bears the name: #BreakTheBias (Breaking Prejudices). It is represented by crossing the arms with palms open and at the height of the wrists.
This movement calls for action to promote gender equality and recognize the achievements of women around the world under the following guidelines:
- Imagine a world with gender equality.
- A world free of prejudices, stereotypes and without discrimination.
- A diverse, equitable, and inclusive world.
- A world where differences are valued and celebrated.
- Together we can forge women’s equality.
- Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias.
