Tigres offers one of the best training models in the country for high-performance athletes in football thanks to its comprehensive Fuerzas Básicas program, which goes beyond physical preparation to encompass all aspects of young players’ development

Mission of Fuerzas Básicas

The mission of Fuerzas Básicas is to comprehensively develop high-performance players capable of competing at a high level both nationally and internationally, ensuring the full satisfaction of the fans, and supporting the growth of the Club through the optimization of resources in player transfers.

Thus, Tigres Club develops players with a ‘Tigre Profile’ and supports their career both in the first team and in any national team category

All parents and children football players inform you that the only visors authorized by the Tigres Club are Coordinator of Visoria of Basic Forces Jorge Macias Gurrola and as visors Gerardo Salgado, José Rivas and Pablo Cardoza. Neither the Club nor its viewers charge for viewing.

Comprehensive Development

For Tigres, sports training is an area of development that must be accompanied by all the elements of true comprehensive training to result in individuals with values, who serve as positive examples in their communities.

 

A prerequisite for being part of Tigres’ Fuerzas Básicas is to attend and pass the academic levels corresponding to the players’ age, from secondary education to higher education.

 

High-performance athletes require a multidisciplinary structure that supports the development not only of their physical skills but also their attitudes, behaviors, health, and nutrition.

Talent is recruited by the Visoria area, led by Gerardo Salgado, José Rivas and Pablo Cardoza.

For out-of-town players, Tigres offers a Club House equipped with everything necessary for the young athletes to adequately develop their sports, academic, and personal life.
