GENDER EQUALITY WORKSHOPS
The culture of change is born at home, which is why workshops are held on issues of empowerment and autonomy in women, masculinities and social co-responsibility for all collaborators, male and female players, as well as Club Tigres service personnel.

PROTOCOL FOR THE PREVENTION OF GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE INSIDE THE UNIVERSITY STADIUM
The Protocol is focused on the prevention, attention, channeling, and accompaniment of victims of gender violence. Women who feel their integrity threatened inside the Stadium during local matches in alliance with private institutions.

SCHOLARSHIPS
In partnership with Bécalos, this year we awarded 120 scholarships for UANL female students who are currently studying STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) careers. The scholarship consists of leadership workshops, mentorships for women STEM professionals, and webinars. Everything in relation to personal and professional development, including finances and digital skills.

STRENGTHENING WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS
Initiative in alliance with Red SumaRSE that promotes the economic empowerment of 200 women from Nuevo León in a vulnerable situation, seeking to strengthen violence prevention and offer them an educational platform in business, human development, and digital inclusion for the creation of their own companies that improve the quality of life for women, their families and their community.

THEY HAVE THE BALL
Unique social innovation program that promotes the development of women’s soccer teams in Mexico as a way to promote physical, psychological, and social well-being in young women between the ages of 12 and 15 from preferably vulnerable communities..

Tigres Powerchair is proudly the first adapted soccer team in Mexico. Where any boy, girl, youth or adult with a motor disability can be part of this exciting sport.

On a hardwood court, where football on wheels takes place, they compete on highly competitive "strike force" chairs that make the game take on an incomparable dynamism.

The Powerchair sport has three confederations (America, Europe and Asia) and organizes a World Cup that is held every year.

The Tigres Powerchair Team has distinguished itself for being a team with grit and dedication, competing nationally and internationally.

There are many benefits of practicing this inclusive sport: Family coexistence is generated and the players acquire security, self-esteem, motivation to continue their therapies by living the values of Tigres and soccer alike.
